Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales

This policy explains how RODISOFT SOLUTIONS LTD ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use Rodia at rodisoftuk.shop. Rodia is an online-only digital subscription; we sell no physical goods and provide no on-site services. We act as the data controller for that processing.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is RODISOFT SOLUTIONS LTD, 8 Pacific Avenue, Brooklands, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK10 7GA, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact support@rodisoftuk.shop or call +44 7221131145.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
  • Subscription & billing data: plan, billing status, and transaction identifiers. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
  • User input: the product briefs, prompts, and any screenshots, logos, or reference files you upload to generate copy, visuals, or video.
  • Generated output: the copy, images, and product walkthrough videos Rodia produces for your projects.
  • Support data: messages you send via the contact and launch-brief forms.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events needed to run and secure the service.

3. Collection sources

Our collection sources are:

  • Directly from you: the forms, the Studio brief and tool inputs, and your account settings.
  • Automatically from your device: cookies, security logs, and basic usage events.
  • From our processors: billing status and events from Stripe, and delivery/technical data from our hosting and email providers.

4. Why we use it and our legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)

  • To provide the service (generate outputs, manage projects) — performance of a contract.
  • To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of a contract.
  • To secure, debug, and improve the service — legitimate interests.
  • To respond to support and legal requests — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • Optional analytics or marketing emails — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models.

5. AI data handling: user input, generated output, and uploaded files

  • User input: the product briefs, prompts, and any screenshots, logos, or reference files you submit. We process your user input only to produce the results you request.
  • Generated output: the copy, images, and product walkthrough videos Rodia returns. Generated output is stored under your project so you can re-download it until you delete the project or close your account.
  • Uploaded files: reference files are cached only to run generation and are deleted within 30 days unless you delete them sooner or an open support case requires longer retention.
  • AI provider boundary: where an external generative provider is configured, your user input is sent solely to return the generated output; billing and account identity are not shared with it.

We do not use your user input, uploaded files, or generated output to train AI models, and we do not sell your input or output.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with processors who help us run the service, under contract and only as needed:

  • Hosting & delivery: Vercel (application hosting and CDN).
  • Database, auth & file storage: Supabase.
  • Payments: Stripe (billing and card processing).
  • Email: our transactional email provider for receipts and support replies.
  • AI provider: where an external generative provider is configured, briefs are sent to produce outputs.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. International transfers

Some processors operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) to protect it.

8. How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for the life of your account and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet tax and legal obligations. Uploaded reference files are deleted within 30 days. Generated results are kept until you delete the project or account. Support messages are kept up to 24 months.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. Secret payment keys are stored only in the site's own hosting environment and are never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under UK/EU GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request disclosure, deletion, and correction of personal information and may opt out of any sale or sharing.

11. Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If this ever changes we will provide a clear opt-out.

12. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service and, with your consent, limited analytics. See our Cookie Policy for detail and controls.

13. Automated decisions and children

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Rodia is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the service.
