Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rodia is a pure subscription to a digital content tool. This policy explains cancellation and when refunds apply. All amounts are in USD.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@rodisoftuk.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you keep any Launch Kits you already downloaded.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically in USD until cancelled. We do not provide partial refunds for unused quota within a billing period, because quota resets each cycle and does not roll over.
3. When we refund
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A technical fault that prevented generation for a substantial part of the billing period and could not be resolved by support.
Where required by applicable consumer law, statutory cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to this policy.
4. Not a reason for a refund on its own
Because outputs are creative drafts, dissatisfaction with a specific generated result is not by itself a refund reason. Our first step is always to help you regenerate: adjust the tone, benefit, or product type and generate again at no extra cost within your plan.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@rodisoftuk.shop from your account address with the charge date and reason. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute. Governing law: England and Wales.
